Watch the whole program
through first of all and take notes. You will be shown a
number of techniques and told how advanced each technique
is and exactly how to perform that technique.
Make sure you are fully familiar with the safety tips
shown on the DVD cover and always refer to that list
when starting with a new client. Once you've practiced
some of these techniques on friends and family, you can
then decide if this is a new career for you and find out
what organisations in your own country can help you
attain full accreditation and legal requirements.
